This CLE will discuss the challenges of inheriting, owning, and probating property overseas, as well as considerations for U.S. families moving abroad while still owning property in the U.S. NSBA will cohost this event with the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois (HLAI), Romanian Bar Association (RBA), and the South Asian Bar Association (SABA).
